NutriGab was started by Heather Gabbert MS, RD, LD, CD in 2009. Heather has been a registered dietitian for over a decade. She completed her education at Southern Illinois University and has since lived in a few different areas of the country. Living in different regions of the US has given her many opportunities. Heather currently works in a variety of settings in the nutrition arena including home health, oncology, wellness and disease prevention, and more recently, sports nutrition. Heather is excited to be helping athletes, of all ages and levels, with their nutrition. She was Dietitian for Spokane Shock 2011 season. This year NutriGab is providing the most important meal of the day to the team. "Shock" your system. Eat breakfast!
Lisa Reis is responsible for managing NutriGab business. Lisa is very resourceful and nurtures the mission and vision of NutriGab to support growth of the company. Both Heather and Lisa adhere to the basic ideals that everyone deserves a chance at living a life of wellness. Some just need a little more guidance than others.
NutriGab was formed from the idea that there should be a way to provide people with affordable counseling and educational information regarding nutrition and wellness. - Group Nutrition Consultation is offered at $130 for groups of 3 or more.
